Account Deletion

1. Overview

At ZiroDust Technologies Ltd. ("ZiroDust", "we", "our", or "us"), we respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can permanently delete your ZiroDust account, what information will be deleted, what information we may retain, and what happens after your deletion request is processed.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your request has been processed, your account cannot be recovered.

2. Requesting Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by either:

• Using the Delete Account option within the ZiroDust mobile application (when available).
• Contacting our support team at support@zirodust.com using the email address associated with your account.

To protect your privacy and security, we may request additional verification before processing your request.

3. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your deletion request has been verified and approved, your account will be permanently deactivated and scheduled for deletion.

You will immediately lose access to your account and all features requiring authentication.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. If you wish to use ZiroDust again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

4. Information That Will Be Deleted

Subject to applicable legal requirements, we will permanently delete or anonymize information including:

• Your account profile.
• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your saved addresses.
• Your saved vehicles.
• Your profile photo.
• Your authentication credentials.
• Your notification preferences.
• Device tokens used for push notifications.
• Other personal information associated solely with your account.

5. Information We May Retain

In certain situations, we may retain limited information after your account has been deleted where required or permitted by law.

Examples include:

• Records required for legal compliance.
• Information necessary to investigate fraud or abuse.
• Security logs.
• Records required to resolve disputes.
• Information necessary to enforce our legal rights.
• Anonymous or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy these purposes.

6. Bookings and Reviews

Deleting your account may remove access to your booking history, saved vehicles, addresses, preferences, and other account-related information.

Reviews or ratings you have submitted may be anonymized where appropriate in order to preserve the integrity of the platform and other users' experiences.

7. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible.

In some cases, processing may take additional time where identity verification, legal obligations, security reviews, or technical requirements are involved.

8. Withdrawing a Request

You may withdraw your deletion request at any time before it has been processed.

Once deletion has been completed, it cannot be reversed.

9. Third-Party Services

If you used third-party authentication or other integrated services, deleting your ZiroDust account does not automatically delete your accounts with those third-party providers.

You should review the privacy policies of those providers if you wish to manage or delete those accounts separately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or operational practices.

Any updates will be published on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date.
