2. About ZiroDust

ZiroDust is a technology platform that helps users discover, compare, and book trusted local car wash providers.

Our platform connects customers with independent car wash businesses and professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZiroDust does not directly perform the car wash services listed on the platform.

We continually improve our platform and may introduce, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information.

ZiroDust enables customers to browse available car wash providers, compare available services, and submit booking requests through the platform.

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee that a booking will be accepted or completed.

Booking availability depends on factors including provider availability, operating hours, service areas, weather conditions, technical issues, and other operational considerations.

Users are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming a request.

7. Service Providers

Car wash businesses and professionals listed on ZiroDust operate as independent service providers.

Service providers are solely responsible for:

  • The quality of services performed.
  • Their pricing and business operations where applicable.
  • Maintaining required licenses and permits.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.
  • The conduct of their employees and representatives.

While we strive to onboard reputable providers, ZiroDust does not guarantee the performance, quality, availability, or suitability of any individual provider.

8. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable access to the Services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Emergency maintenance.
  • Network failures.
  • Internet outages.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability.

9. Pricing

Prices displayed on the platform are provided for informational purposes and may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are determined by the applicable service provider or according to pricing policies established for the platform.

ZiroDust does not currently process customer payments through the application or website.

Any future payment functionality will be governed by additional terms and policies if introduced.

10. Cancellations and No-Shows

Customers may cancel bookings in accordance with any applicable cancellation policies presented during the booking process.

Excessive cancellations, fraudulent bookings, repeated no-shows, or abuse of the booking system may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Service providers may also cancel bookings where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving weather, emergencies, operational issues, or safety concerns.

ZiroDust reserves the right to investigate suspicious booking activity to maintain the integrity of the platform.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may have the opportunity to leave ratings and reviews after completing a booking. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and be submitted honestly and respectfully.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive.
  • Contains abusive, offensive, defamatory, or hateful language.
  • Violates another person's privacy or rights.
  • Contains spam, advertisements, or promotional material.
  • Includes illegal or harmful content.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, branding, icons, images, designs, layouts, databases, and other content, are owned by or licensed to ZiroDust Technologies Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZiroDust Technologies Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid directly to ZiroDust by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZiroDust Technologies Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
